These terms govern the use of the BodyMetric website (the “site”) and describe the basic rules for expressing interest in the BodyMetric service. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Purpose of the site

The site is informational and promotional in nature. It presents the BodyMetric service, which lets facilities connect InBody devices and other medical equipment with an API to a digital client application. Use of the application itself is governed by a separate agreement concluded with the relevant facility.

When using the site, you agree to:

• act in accordance with the law and these terms,
• not interfere with the security, functionality, or availability of the site,
• not use the site to send unsolicited messages or for any unlawful purpose,
• provide truthful information in the contact form.

4. Intellectual property

The content of the site (text, graphics, logo, layout, and source code) is protected by intellectual-property rights and belongs to the operator or its licensors. It may not be copied, modified, or further distributed beyond ordinary viewing of the site without our prior written consent.

BodyMetric and its AI explanations do not provide a medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional health advice and do not replace consultation with a doctor or other healthcare professional. Information on the site is provided for general information and education.
